An Engineering Program Manager provides support and/or lead teams through the Engineering development process and implementation of company's products. Projects are typically shorter-term, less complex and more contained with a defined time frame. Programs are typically longer-term, multi-functional, multi-project with complex requirements and effort. Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget. Work with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies.

Job Description
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Working knowledge of networking or connectivity concepts (e.g., IP routing, DNS, DHCP, latency, packet loss, VPN) Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience in satellite, telecommunications, wireless/RF, networking, or other connectivity/hardware domains
- Experience managing test, integration, verification, or field-testing programs involving physical hardware and third-party equipment
- Experience with defect/bug management processes and driving issues to resolution with engineering teams
- Experience coordinating lab operations or distributed field testing across multiple countries
- Familiarity with regulatory/compliance verification (e.g., lawful interception, RF compliance) or B2B/enterprise connectivity (AWS Direct Connect, enterprise routers)
- Experience standing up or scaling operational programs into new international regions
