Job Description

The Role Our client is recruiting Project Engineers to support Project Managers and Superintendents on structural concrete and deep foundation projects. You'll manage day-to-day site coordination, submittals, RFIs, and safety documentation across multiple projects, gaining broad exposure to different project types and building toward a longer-term path in project management, estimating, or field leadership. Entry-level to early-career role; candidates range from recent graduates and intern conversions through to individuals with 3-5 years' experience.
Working Model Rotation :
Three weeks on-site, long weekend off (Thursday night through Monday, back Tuesday morning). Minimum 80-90% travel, project-dependent.
Locations :
Midwest; Northeast; Pacific Northwest.
Coverage :
All travel, housing, meals and vehicle allowance covered. About You Essential Bachelor's in construction management, civil engineering, structural engineering, or related construction discipline; or equivalent experience 2+ years of related construction experience (or entry-level/recent grad acceptable) Able to read specs and interpret blueprints Heavy civil/concrete or industrial construction background preferred Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record Genuinely comfortable with 80-90% travel on a three-week rotation Preferred 3-5 years' experience in concrete, wastewater, or heavy civil work Horizontal/heavy civil background Skilled trades background (e.g. union masonry)

$75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
