KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management:
Responsible for all aspects of the project from beginning to completion including but not limited to project planning & definition, schedule & budget management, engineering oversight, cross-functional coordination, procurement & vendor management, risk & change management, quality assurance & compliance, documentation & reporting, customer engagement and team leadership.Oversee Execution:
Direct and supervise contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project milestones.Control Budgets & Schedules:
Establish cost controls and maintain timelines with laser precision.Risk & Compliance:
Identify project risks and mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Client & Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the main point of contact with clients and ensure alignment of expectations and deliverables.Travel:
Up to 30-40% required (domestic and/or international based on project needs) . What You Must Have (Required Experience):Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical) or a closely related field from a four-year accredited university required. 2-5 years equivalent experience in industrial manufacturing, engineering, or system design in lieu of a bachelor's degree, with demonstrated ability to manage technical projects and interface with fabrication or environmental control systems such as RTOs.Experience:
1-3 years of hands-on engineering work prior to taking on project management duties.Skills:
Strong grasp of engineering principles, scheduling project controls, project coordination from beginning to end and building long-standing trust with customers (internal and external).Willingness and excitement to travel:
30- 40% travel is required for this position .
