SSPC QP3
certification, NACE/AMPP inspectors, and the ability to manage assemblies up to 120,000 lbs, PFS ensures high-quality outcomes through rigorous process controls and documented quality systems. Headquartered in Kaukauna, WI, PFS specializes in delivering reliable, timely solutions for industries, ensuring projects leave their facility ready to ship directly to end customers. When it comes to eliminating bottlenecks in industrial production and fabrication, PFS is the go-to partner for efficiency and excellence. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kaukauna, WI, for an Industrial Airless Painter. The role involves the preparation and application of industrial-grade coatings using airless spray equipment to achieve optimal finishes on a variety of industrial equipment and parts. The painter will also be responsible for quality control, identifying and repairing finish imperfections, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Attention to safety protocols and equipment maintenance is essential to perform the duties effectively in this role. Qualifications Proficiency in airless painting techniques, industrial-grade coatings application, and equipment handling Experience in surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and masking, to ensure adequate paint adherence Knowledge of quality control and inspection practices related to industrial coating processes Familiarity with safety protocols, protective equipment use, and best practices in industrial painting environments Physical ability to handle equipment and perform tasks involving repetitive motions and standing for extended periods Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in industrial painting or a related field is a plus.
