Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Alternative Delivery Manager to join one of our large infrastructure and construction clients. This individual will provide direction and management throughout all phases of alternative and collaborative delivery projects, with a specific focus on large diameter water conveyance projects. This role will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, including business development, teaming, pursuits and proposals, contract management, design management, and project delivery. The Alternative Delivery Manager will work closely with internal construction and preconstruction teams, external partners, municipalities, and clients to develop and deliver complex water infrastructure projects. Travel will vary depending on project assignments and could exceed 50%.Provide leadership and direction across all phases of large diameter water conveyance projectsSupport projects throughout the alternative/collaborative delivery lifecycle, including business development, teaming, pursuits, proposals, contracting, design, and project deliveryLead and coordinate efforts between internal construction and preconstruction teams, external partners, municipalities, and clientsManage active contracts and design activities throughout project executionSupport the development of pursuit strategies, proposals, and other technical written materialsProvide leadership and guidance during both project pursuits and active project deliveryCommunicate proactively with clients, partners, and internal project teamsManage multiple priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced environmentMake timely, informed decisions to support successful project pursuits and executionTravel to project locations as required based on individual assignments Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience10+ years of contractor and/or construction management experienceExperience with water conveyance projectsExperience working with municipalities and understanding municipal regulationsExperience with alternative project delivery methods, including Design-Build and/or EPCExperience serving in key project leadership rolesExperience with technical writing, including supporting project pursuits and proposalsUnderstanding of scheduling, estimating, and project controls softwareValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to travel based on project needs, potentially 50%Professional Engineer (PE) licenseDBIA certification We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
