This environment offers engineering professionals the opportunity to work on specialized, impactful industrial projects. Role Description The Engineering Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bluefield, WV. This position oversees engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, and integrating process and plant solutions for coal preparation projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading project planning, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring technical quality and compliance with safety and industry standards. The Engineering Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports troubleshooting and continuous improvement, and communicates project status to leadership and clients. The role also involves mentoring engineers, optimizing workflows, and contributing to strategic decisions on technology and process innovation. Qualifications Ability to lead and manage engineering teams, demonstrating strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills. Experience in planning, executing, and delivering complex technical initiatives, with solid Project Management and Integration skills while meeting project timelines. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field). Experience in plant design, mining, or coal preparation is strongly preferred. Proficiency in engineering design tools, MS Office, and CAD software, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional work and interact with clients and stakeholders both domestically and internationally. Proven ability to work on-site in an industrial environment and adhere to safety and regulatory requirements. Ability to work after normal business hours, as needed, to coordinate with our international offices and customers. Ability to travel to job sites, as needed, both domestically and internationally.
