- 1007 N Market Street in Wilmington, Delaware
- and report directly to the
- G•lobal Operations Vice President, APM.
- The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- + Provides high quality, felt leadership to all Advanced Performance Materials Operations by intense site engagement, including field & EHS systems auditing.

- + Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Environmental, Health, and Safety or related field.
Personal Leadership:
Ability to take initiative, self-manage, identify what is needed and take effective action to bring about change and lead/implement change. +Implementation:
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, achieve results on time and influence/negotiate with others at various levels of the organization. +Networking/Team Building:
Ability to work closely with site teams, facilitate discussions, work effectively with others to address complex tasks, interact with other subject matter experts to maximize results and to receive varied inputs and build alignment. +Clear Communication:
Ability to communicate clearly with written and verbal communication up and down the organization structure. + Able to travel as needed, up to 30%.- The following is

- + 10+ years' experience in High Hazard Industrial Chemical Manufacturing.
Business Direction:
The ability to foresee and anticipate problems and make appropriate adjustments. + Good to excellent technical background with independent thinking attributes and/or in-depth technical expertise.Benefits:
