Position Summary The Avionics Manager is responsible for overall avionics department operations including personnel management, technical and strategic planning, project planning, estimates, and technical oversight of avionics activities. Key Responsibilities Lead daily avionics operations and project execution
- Mentor and develop avionics technicians
- Ensure compliance with FAA and company standards
- Oversee troubleshooting, testing, repairs, and installations
- Develop customer proposals and project estimates
- Coordinate tooling, materials, and equipment
- Support strategic planning and departmental goals Qualifications Minimum 5 years of avionics experience
- Installation and line troubleshooting experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
