In this key role, you will coordinate aspects of property recovery, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Manage restoration and mitigation projects from initial loss through project completion Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and daily operations Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field crews as needed Monitor job progress to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and referral partners Set clear expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and restoration processes Address project challenges proactively and manage change orders as necessary Maintain accurate project documentation and job records On call availability for after hours and weekends.
