Phoenix What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience working in the restoration/remediation industry (required) Certifications/experience are a PLUS Proven ability to manage crews, oversee projects, and communicate effectively with clients and team members Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of water, fire, and mold remediation processes Ability to read and interpret job scopes, estimates, and reports Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate field crews and subcontractors Ensure all projects meet quality standards, safety protocols, and deadlines Communicate progress and updates to management and clients Manage job documentation, site photos, and daily reports Support hands-on restoration work as needed Why Join Preferred Renovations?
