Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Restoration Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing restoration and mitigation services including water, fire, smoke, and mold remediation. The ideal candidate is IICRC certified, detail-oriented, and able to respond to emergency service calls, including weekends on a rotating schedule. Duties Perform fire restoration services to restore properties to their pre-loss condition. Execute water damage restoration tasks, including extraction, drying, and repairs. Carry out mold remediation processes to eliminate hazardous materials from affected areas. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various restoration projects. Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop effective restoration plans. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements IICRC Certification required (WRT required;

ASD, AMRT, FSRT

preferred) Previous experience in water, fire, and mold mitigation preferred Ability to work 40-55 hours per week, including weekends on a rotating schedule Willingness to work overtime as needed (overtime pay provided) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various environments Strong work ethic and positive attitude Must pass background check Xactimate estimating skills Join our team as a Technician and contribute your expertise to help restore properties while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
