Must have a high school diploma or GED Willing to obtain Early Head Start Qualification with in the first year of employment with support from Early Head Start. (CDAOR ECE 101, ECE 103, ECE

!!Job Responsibilities:
Use Creative Curriculum to create weekly lesson plans. Use Teaching Strategies Gold to enter child documentation and complete child assessments. Complete home visits twice a year Complete parent teacher conferences twice a year Assist families in completing ASQ2 and ASQ3 for their children Create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel comfortable to play and learn. Partner and communicate with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children. Support the center's philosophy and success; partner with other staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement. Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, management, and people in our community. Tending to children's needs such as: diapering, toilet training, feeding, emotional support, ect. Keeping classroom clean and organized as well as cleaning common areas on occasion. Little Boots Early Learning Center is a privately owned center that opened in 2016. We have 10 classrooms in our center and care for children 6 weeks to 12 years. Five of our classrooms are Early Head Start classrooms. We are a proud Colorado Shines quality rated level 5 center!Job Type:
