We are looking for an experienced Restoration Technician who takes pride in quality work, serving homeowners well, and being part of a strong team. Job Description The Restoration Technician is responsible for performing residential and commercial restoration work related to water/flood damage, fire damage, and mold remediation .

Duties may include:

Demolition and removal of damaged materials Water extraction, drying, and cleanup Setting up and maintaining containment areas Mold remediation and removal Fire and smoke damage cleanup Operating restoration equipment Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites Completing and submitting required job documentation and paperwork Communicating professionally with homeowners, clients, insurance representatives, and team members Following company procedures, safety standards, and industry best practices Qualifications & Experience Required experience in restoration , including water/flood, fire, and mold damage IICRC certifications preferred Ability to perform physical labor, including demolition and material removal Strong communication and people skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Willingness to work after-hours and on-call shifts as required Occasional travel may be required What We're Looking For We are looking for team members who demonstrate: Diligence Work Ethic People Skills Commitment Team Mentality Servant Mentality We believe restoration is about more than fixing property.
