We specialize in commercial restoration and remediation projects in hospitals, healthcare facilities, schools, government buildings, and other occupied commercial properties throughout the CSRA. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, professional, and willing to learn. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Responsibilities Perform water, fire, and mold remediation services Remove damaged building materials safely and efficiently Set up and maintain containment barriers and critical barriers Operate air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers, and other restoration equipment Perform demolition of drywall, flooring, ceilings, and other building materials Clean and sanitize affected areas Complete detailed post-remediation cleaning Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials Maintain clean, organized job sites Follow OSHA, IICRC, and company safety standards Work professionally in occupied hospitals and commercial facilities Assist construction crews during rebuild activities as needed Qualifications Preferred Experience Water, fire, or mold remediation Commercial demolition Construction labor Commercial cleaning General construction Disaster restoration Certifications are a plus but not required
