The ideal candidate will have experience in water, fire, and property restoration, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management. Responsibilities Supervise daily restoration operations and field crews. Coordinate and monitor restoration projects from start to completion. Perform inspections and assess property damage. Ensure proper procedures are followed for water mitigation, cleanup, demolition, and repairs. Train, guide, and support restoration technicians. Maintain job site safety and ensure compliance with company policies. Communicate project updates with customers, team members, and management. Monitor job progress, quality of work, and completion timelines. Manage equipment, materials, and resources needed for projects. Complete required documentation, reports, and job updates. Qualifications Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related field required. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of water damage, fire restoration, mold remediation, and cleanup processes. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Preferred Skills IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, or similar) a plus. Experience with restoration equipment and job management software. Bilingual skills are a plus.
