• bi-weekly pay The work Perform water damage, mold, and general remediation work according to IICRC guidelines Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and other affected materials Set up containment and maintain clean, controlled work areas Operate air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers, and other equipment Assist with demolition, cleanup, hauling, and disposal of materials Clean and disinfect affected areas Follow PPE and job-site safety procedures Assist with equipment setup, monitoring, breakdown, and inventory Take photos and document work as required Work closely with Project Managers and team members Maintain professional conduct at client and government facilities Qualifications Prior experience in restoration, remediation, construction, or a related field preferred (not required) Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights, or in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check (required for government facility access) Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed Start as soon as access is issued
