Your Responsibilities As an Environmental Part-Time Student for JD Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, IA, you will: Learns how to identify, analyze and apply information to support environmental compliance and management system obligations. Assists operations by performing audits and floor walks to identify improvement opportunities. In addition, assist with training and coaching operations personnel on environmental obligations. Participates in developmental assignments and training to gain experience. Assists management in identifying issues and proposing resolutions. Performs activities according to project plans and schedule. This position is NOT available to students on immigration visas What Skills You Need Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Environmental Engineering or other related engineering or environmental discipline; others may apply Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university. Graduation date of December 2027 or later Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above Available to work 16-20 hours during the academic year Available to work 30-40 hours during the summer semester Must be able to work on site.
