Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Mitigation Field Labor specialist, where you'll play a vital role in restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work hands-on in the restoration industry, utilizing your skills to help clients recover from unexpected disasters. As a key team member, you'll perform essential mitigation tasks that ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality restoration services. Your dedication will directly contribute to transforming distressed spaces into safe, healthy environments for our clients. Responsibilities Perform cleaning and debris removal to prepare damaged areas for restoration processes Assist with fire and water damage restoration efforts, including extraction and drying procedures Conduct mold remediation activities following safety protocols and industry standards Use hand tools and power tools safely to remove damaged materials and prepare surfaces for repair Assist with carpet cleaning, demolition, and construction tasks as needed during restoration projects Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency on-site Qualifications Prior experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of cleaning techniques, fire and water damage restoration, mold remediation is a plus Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various environmental conditions Basic understanding of safety protocols related to restoration work Valid driver's license preferred for transportation between job sites Join us in making a difference by helping clients recover from challenging situations! Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
