Director of Engineering or Environmental Programs Manager Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Engineer to join our team. The Environmental Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing environmental programs and projects that ensure regulatory compliance, promote sustainability, and protect natural resources. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to environmental stewardship. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage environmental engineering projects related to water, air quality, waste management, and site remediation. Conduct environmental impact assessments and prepare technical reports. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and permitting requirements. Develop environmental management plans, sustainability initiatives, and pollution prevention strategies. Perform environmental monitoring, sampling, and data analysis. Collaborate with regulatory agencies, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Evaluate operational processes and recommend improvements to reduce environmental risks and enhance sustainability. Support environmental audits, inspections, and corrective action programs.
