In this role, you'll lead a crew of 1-2 technicians on residential and commercial job sites performing window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, softwashing, and high dusting. You'll be the go-to person on the job — keeping work moving safely, maintaining quality, and ensuring every customer has a great experience. What you'll do Direct and coordinate 1-2 technicians on each job, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient, safe project completion Perform and oversee window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, softwashing, and high dusting services Safely access roofs and gutters using ladders up to 28 ft, and help train team members on proper ladder use and working-at-height protocols Serve as the primary point of contact with customers on-site, handling questions, concerns, and any unexpected issues professionally Manage and resolve customer disputes, including situations involving property damage, with professionalism and sound judgment What we're looking for Prior experience leading or supervising a small crew on job sites Demonstrated ladder experience and current OSHA ladder safety certification(s) Experience safely accessing roofs and gutters for cleaning work Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and calmly under pressure Proven problem-solving ability and experience navigating complex or sensitive customer situations, including damage disputes Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in various outdoor conditions Physical requirements Must be able to carry and maneuver ladders up to 28 ft in length and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working at heights, including climbing ladders and accessing rooftops Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods Role involves frequent standing, bending, reaching, and physical activity throughout the workday Benefits & perks 7 days paid time off after 3 months of employment Tips — keep customer tips earned on your jobs Lead generation bonuses — earn extra when you bring in new business Opportunities for advancement - this is the ground floor of a growing company, someone in this role could easily move into a General Manager/Project Manager role
