Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Mitigation Technician to spearhead our water damage restoration and flood mitigation projects. Your expertise in water damage repair, mold remediation, fire restoration, and industry-standard techniques will drive successful project outcomes. Duties Lead and coordinate water mitigation and flood restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards. Perform water extraction, drying, cleaning, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and fire damage restoration using appropriate tools and techniques. Operate company vehicles safely for on-site response and transportation of equipment and personnel. Conduct inspections using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment like moisture meters and thermal imaging cameras. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), respiratory protection, and compliance with safety protocols during all operations. Manage on-call coverage for emergency response situations, providing timely assistance to clients in crisis. Oversee the use of cleaning equipment such as carpet cleaners and disinfectants to ensure thorough sanitation. Coordinate with clients to deliver exceptional customer service while explaining restoration processes clearly. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including incident reports, project logs, and safety documentation. Experience Proven industry experience in water damage restoration, flood mitigation, mold remediation, fire restoration or related fields. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience supervising or leading a team of technicians. Familiarity with the use of restoration industry tools including hand tools, power tools, moisture meters, MICA/Mitigate, and cleaning equipment. Knowledge of safety protocols including PPE use, respiratory protection, asbestos abatement procedures, and OSHA standards. Construction experience is highly desirable for understanding structural repairs during restoration projects. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients during stressful situations. Ability to respond promptly in emergency scenarios with emergency response readiness and on-call availability. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
