- Perform water mitigation, mold remediation, fire clean up in residential and commercial properties following established safety and cleaning protocols.
- Set up and maintain containment barriers, negative air machines, and dehumidifiers.
- Remove and dispose of materials (e.g., drywall, insulation, flooring) properly.
- Clean and disinfect affected areas using approved antimicrobial solutions and equipment.
- Operate restoration equipment such as air scrubbers, HEPA vacuums, and moisture meters.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
