Mitigation Technician Full-Time | Winston-Salem, NC | 24/7 Emergency Response Team Who We Are Camel City Restoration is where compassion meets craftsmanship. We help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, smoke, and storm damage—delivering expert mitigation and reconstruction services with a personal touch. What You'll Do Respond to emergency water, fire, and mold damage calls—day or night. Set up drying equipment, remove affected materials, and perform demolition as needed. Document conditions with photos, moisture readings, and detailed notes using CompanyCam (or similar software). Communicate clearly with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and team members. Maintain equipment and vehicles to company standards. Follow all IICRC, OSHA, and company safety protocols.

What We're Looking For Experience :

Previous restoration, construction, or related trade experience is a plus but not required—we provide training.

Skills :

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined or damp spaces.

Availability :
