Job Description

This position in West Nottingham, New Hampshire has a starting pay of $18-$25 per hour, based on experience. Full time M-F 7:30am - 5pm with some weekends and on-call potential. We offer OT, bonus pay incentives, holidays, and Paid Time Off after an initial probationary period (typically 90 days).

Job Position Description:
Perform services as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial job sites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. We provide online and field training certifications to support your professional growth. We want to meet you! Responsibilities:
Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand in line with the Brand Identity Guide Effectively performs all aspects of the production processes, from initial cleaning to equipment setup Performs regular vehicle and equipment maintenance and inventory management Working with your direct supervisor to ensure the team is unified and efficient at each job site Always leaving the job the sites with a clean and orderly appearance Develop production expertise through providing services and continued education Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
Qualifications:
Follows directions and adheres to safety guidelines Attention to detail, skills in organization, cleanliness, and care for facility, assets & equipment. Awareness and respect for safety, using care are caution when working machinery Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time Must have a valid driver's license in order to operate company vehicles Good to Have (But Not Necessary): 1-2 years of cleaning experience, and/or... 0-1 year of property damage remediation experience
