Position Summary We're looking for an experienced Lead Mitigation Technician to lead restoration crews, manage emergency mitigation projects, and help establish operational excellence as we continue growing our Las Vegas team. Responsibilities Respond to emergency water, mold, and mitigation losses. Lead and supervise restoration technicians on residential and commercial projects. Manage multiple job sites while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Complete detailed documentation, photos, moisture readings, and job notes using company software. Coordinate with estimators by providing complete documentation for insurance claims. Train and mentor technicians while maintaining a productive team environment. Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and insurance partners. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency services. Qualifications 3+ years of restoration or water mitigation experience preferred. Previous leadership or crew management experience.
IICRC WRT
Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification with company sponsorship). Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable learning and using restoration technology and documentation software. Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work in physically demanding environments and participate in an emergency on-call schedule. Compensation & Benefits Starting at $25/hour (higher compensation considered for highly qualified candidates). Company vehicle provided for work-related travel.
