Position OverviewThe Crew Chief is responsible for overseeing and executing water mitigation, fire restoration and mold remediation projects. This role involves leading a small team of technicians, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety are maintained while meeting client expectations in property damage emergency situations.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead a small team of technicians performing disaster restoration projects.

Assess the scope of damage and develop effective restoration plans.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during restoration processes.

Manage on-call availability to respond to emergency situations promptly.

Communicate effectively with clients throughout the restoration process, providing updates and addressing concerns.

QualificationsProven experience in water damage mitigation.

Ability to work on-call and respond to emergencies as needed.

Experience with fire restoration and mold remediation is preferred.

IICRC Certification is highly desirable.

Ability to pull a trailer is a plus.
