Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP)Sovereign Consulting Inc. is seeking a full-time Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) in New Jersey with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Sovereign Consulting Inc. is an environmental consulting and remediation firm headquartered in Robbinsville, NJ.Demonstrates ability to assess client needs, make recommendations, and manage/grow remediation servicesManaging and supporting remedial investigations, remedial actions, and regulatory involvement for various petroleum and industrial sites under PADEP, NJDEP, DNREC, CERCLA, and RCRA regulationsAbility to mentor and assist in the professional development of junior staffStrong written and verbal communication skillsAssist with technical report preparation including regulatory permits and reports, remedy selection decision documents, system performance reviews, specification and bid documents and other engineering related proposalsAbility to work in a team environmentManagement of multiple projects involving hydrogeologic and remediation investigationsAnalysis of site data to make decisions regarding site progressionIndoor air-quality evaluations and other exposure pathway and risk evaluationsEvaluation and comparison of site-specific data to cleanup standardsPreparation and/or certification of regulatory and client-specific reportsImplementation and evaluation of monitored natural attenuation and natural source zone depletion is beneficial but not requiredOversight of a project team and dissemination of client program requirementsExperience maintaining regulatory compliance at multiple sites in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware (retail petroleum, current/former industrial, etc.) through data evaluation, monitoring and sampling, and development/implementation of remediation strategiesManages project budgets and schedules to progress sites through applicable regulatory programsManage delivery of projects to the client within designated scope, schedule, and budget by managing resources, subcontractors, and vendors to execute tasks effectively and efficientlyExperience in field hydrogeologic investigationsExperience interpreting and analyzing of geologic, hydrogeologic, and chemical dataDevelopment and execution of remedial strategiesSupport and review of key deliverables under projects and evaluating site data to ensure regulatory complianceDeveloping, coordinating, and executing remedial investigations and remedial actionsPrimary contact with Client for specific states within an area portfolioHandle other related duties assignedAdherence to Sovereign Consulting Inc. health and safety procedures in all field related activitiesEmployment at Sovereign is contingent upon the results of a Drug & Alcohol screening test. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
