Growing global team is seeking a regulatory professional for their US office Utilize your risk and regulatory experience for highly visible function About Our Client Financial Services firm Job Description Develop and implement remediation strategies to address identified risks and compliance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. Monitor and report on the progress of remediation plans to senior management and stakeholders. Analyze risk and compliance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the Risk & Compliance department. Ensure timely resolution of compliance-related issues and provide ongoing support to relevant teams. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in financial services. Foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout the organization. The Successful Applicant Strong experience with risk management and compliance within financial services. Proven ability to lead teams and manage remediation projects effectively. Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities.
