Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Marshville NC, for a Mitigation Technician at
TW9, LLC
- Property Restoration. The Mitigation Technician will be responsible for assessing and mitigating water, fire, and mold damage in residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include water extraction, drying, cleaning, and decontaminating affected areas, as well as maintaining detailed documentation of work performed. This role involves utilizing restoration equipment, complying with established safety standards, and effectively communicating with clients and team members to ensure a seamless restoration process. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in water extraction, drying techniques, and mold remediation Basic carpentry, demolition, and general repair skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation of the restoration process Excellent communication and customer service skills Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Previous experience in property restoration or a related field is a plus Certification in IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) or willingness to obtain certification is preferred
