An Environmental Engineer develops solutions to environmental problems using engineering, biology, chemistry, and geology. Addresses pollution control, waste disposal, recycling, or public health issues. Works on local environmental issues, such as polluted groundwater, or global or regional issues, such as acid rain. Works with environmental scientists and public policymakers to identify problems and develop technologies that benefit people and protect the environment.

Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Analyze data and develop recommendations to improve performance. Develop, revise, standardize, and redesign SOPs. Coach and mentor junior technical professionals. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges. Support environmental performance, compliance, sustainability, and operational excellence initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related technical field . Progressive experience in environmental engineering, manufacturing, engineering, operations, or a related field. Experience leading complex projects with limited supervision. Strong experience with SOP development/redesign, process improvement, data analysis, and automation . Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to coach and mentor junior professionals. Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
