This is a backfill position with a leading Manufacturing / Mechanical organization. The successful candidate will lead large projects or processes of complex scope with limited oversight from management.Key responsibilities include:
- Lead large projects or processes of complex scope with limited oversight from manager
- Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals
- Assist in the development of operational plans and implement solutions for assigned responsibility areas
- Identify continuous improvement and automation activities, making frequent recommendations based on detailed analyses and applying results to drive improvements
- Adapt precedent and holistically change standard operating procedures to develop new solutions
- Support relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must demonstrate:- Experience with SOP holistic redesign
- Proven ability to identify automation opportunities
- Experience coaching junior professionals
- Track record leading complex projects with autonomy
- Capability to conduct detailed analysis for process improvement
- Experience developing operational plans
- Strong negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
