Job Description
Do you want to join the restoration elite and take your career to the next level? You will be tasked with leading, managing, and ensuring accountability within your team to achieve the objectives of successful mitigation and environmental projects. As a Crew Chief, you will be responsible for customer communication, formulating a demo/drying strategy, documenting claims, and relaying information to the Mitigation Project Manager and Estimator.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for gross margins and various team metrics Fully responsible for the team's schedule and emergency communication with customers Participate in on-call rotation Conduct inspections as required and when on call Submit sketches, photos, and scope notes by 8 AM the day following the inspection Utilize Matterport for losses when necessary: inspection and completion of demo Be prepared to get hands-on when necessary or when it is practical Willing to travel for CAT work Possess a basic understanding of insurance; coverage determinations for mitigation/environmentalWhat We Offer:

5+ years of mitigation experience IICRC certifications, WRT is a must; ASD is preferred Sketching experience is a plus Proficient with technology and several different software applications such as Moisture Mapper/DryTrack/MICA/Encircle Experience with TPA's Able to lift 75 LBS on a regular basis Physically fit for manual labor and able to wear a respirator Availability to participate in on-call rotation Time management is essential We are looking forward to speaking with you soon and discussing career opportunities with Paul Davis!Benefits
