Job Description

Brief Description:
We are seeking a Mitigation Crew Chief responsible for overseeing an emergency mitigation crew and mitigation projects from initial loss through project completion. We want to treat our customer's property like our own! This role manages field personnel, operates equipment, and coordinates with customers. Projects are to be completed safely, on time, and in accordance with our company's standards/industry best practices.
Primary tasks:
Manage and perform service on residential mitigation projects involving water, fire, mold, storm, and biohazard losses. Conduct initial site inspections and develop mitigation plans based on project scope. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally - Attention to detail is HUGE! You will be managing customer experience on a personal basis. Coordinate with a team of technicians, equipment, and materials to accomplish the scope of work on a project dependent basis. Monitor project progress to ensure quality workmanship, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Communicate regularly with homeowners, property managers, and office staff as needed. Maintain complete project documentation, including photos, moisture readings, daily logs, and job files. Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company safety policies. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response services. Protect and operate equipment as intended to be used.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the restoration or construction industry. Previous crew leadership experience preferred. Basic understanding of water, fire, mold, and storm damage mitigation procedures. Knowledge of IICRC and restoration industry standards. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass background and drug screening as required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds & work in varying weather conditions
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Hourly Wage:
