Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an Environmental Engineer II to support environmental compliance programs within a large industrial manufacturing environment. In this role, you will help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations by preparing and submitting regulatory reports, maintaining permits, supporting hazardous and non-hazardous waste management programs, and coordinating with operational teams to implement effective compliance practices. You will serve as a key resource for environmental audits, inspections, and permit activities, while working directly with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders to address environmental requirements and maintain compliance. The ideal candidate has experience with environmental reporting, waste management programs, permit administration, and regulatory compliance, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with wastewater programs, permit writing, environmental audits, government-regulated operations, and industry certifications such as CHMM, EIT/EI, or PE are highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity for an environmental professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and enjoys balancing technical, regulatory, and operational responsibilities.

Compensation:

$52.00/hr
