We're scaling rapidly across the Puget Sound region and building out new service divisions, which means real, near-term opportunity for technicians who want to grow into Lead Tech, Crew Chief, or estimating roles as we expand. What You'll Do Respond to water, fire, smoke, mold and storm damage emergencies, including after-hours and weekend on-call rotation Perform water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification using industry-standard equipment Assess damage and accurately document job-site conditions, moisture readings, photos, work performed, and other information required for insurance and company records. Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers) Perform demolition of damaged materials (flooring, drywall, insulation) as needed Communicate clearly & deliver calm, professional, empathetic service to clients during a stressful time Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites For experienced techs: mentor newer team members, oversee job quality on assigned sites, and take on lead responsibilities as you grow into the role What We're Looking For Entry-level candidates welcome - we provide training and support. Prior experience in construction or a related trade is a plus. Willingness to obtain applicable IICRC certifications. Experienced/certified techs (WRT, ASD, AMRT) encouraged to apply for accelerated pay and lead-track opportunities Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in the field Willingness to participate in on-call/emergency rotation, including some weekends
