You will be responsible for handling biohazardous materials, performing specialized cleaning procedures, and supporting restoration efforts with precision and care. Responsibilities Safely remove and dispose of biohazardous materials following strict regulatory guidelines and safety protocols Perform thorough cleaning and decontamination of affected areas using appropriate techniques and equipment Assist with trauma restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and projects to restore properties to their original condition Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction skills to support demolition, cleaning, and restoration activities Follow detailed procedures for handling sensitive materials such as mold or biological material to prevent cross-contamination Maintain detailed documentation of all work performed, including safety logs, inspection reports, and project updates Skills We will train appropriate applicants. On site training available. Willing to work along the I-5 corridor, and travel to King, Snohomish, Lewis, Pierce, Clark, Thurston, and other WA counties as needed. Prefer experience in the restoration industry with knowledge of cleaning, fire restoration, water damage repair, mold remediation, and trauma abatement. Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools for construction or demolition tasks. Ability to operate specialized equipment such as carpet cleaners and extraction machines effectively Strong understanding of safety protocols related to biohazard handling and environmental hazards Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks involving lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients while maintaining a positive attitude This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive environment that values safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
