Trusted Ally Home Care (TAHC) is a growing multi-state home care agency that specializes in providing nursing and home health aide services to nuclear-exposed employees in the comfort of their homes. Takes Job Summary:
The Internal IT Systems Admin is responsible for the stability, security, performance, and strategic development of all company technology systems. This role serves as the primary owner of internal technology operations, end-user support, cybersecurity, optimal use of AI, vendor management, and technology planning to ensure employees can effectively serve patients and support company growth.
Major Job Functions:
Respond to employee technology support requests. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and application issues. Monitor system performance, security alerts, and uptime. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests. Prepare technology for new hires including physical hardware, account set up, etc Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers. Audit cybersecurity controls and access management. Deploy technology updates, patches, and improvements. Review technology budgets and manage software licensing to ensure optimal use. Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle planning. Conduct employee technology and security training. Report technology performance metrics to leadership. Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement. Lead implementation of new software platforms and technology initiatives. Support acquisitions, new branch openings, and company expansion. Manage Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot, cybersecurity, phone systems, EMR integrations, and business intelligence platforms including Metabase. Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Education and Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
