As a Full-Time Injury Prevention Specialist, you'll provide care to client employees at the Carpenter Technology Health Center, operated by Premise Health, located in Reading, PA. The scheduled hours are M-F. Most days will be 8am-4:30PM. But candidates will need to have the flexibility to work 5am-1:30pm one or two days a week. What You'll Do Develop and implement early intervention program consisting of performing comprehensive musculoskeletal examination, providing first aid per OSHA standards and education on injury prevention Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategies Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention programs Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to coordinate care and recommend workplace countermeasures Document assessments, recommendations, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date record Participate in meetings and task forces Other duties as assigned
