Remote Job Summary:

Our team is seeking an expert in Human Factors and Usability Engineering to lead critical research and design activities within the drug delivery device interface systems. We are committed to enhancing patient and user experiences through innovative solutions and rigorous collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure products are designed for safe and effective use. Employ standard processes in accordance with current regulations and guidelines to drive product innovation. Analyze data from usability studies to inform design and risk assessment activities. Prepare documentation supporting development activities, including usability plans and validation reports.

Required:

Bachelor's or higher degree in relevant engineering fields with strong industry experience. Proven expertise in designing and manufacturing injectable or non-invasive drug delivery systems. Experience conducting comprehensive human factors studies and applying various methodologies. Ability to synthesize user research into innovative design concepts and evaluate product prototypes.
