  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven HVAC Service Manager to lead our Service Department operations.
You will oversee technical performance, mentor technicians, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role demands a strong leader with deep heating systems expertise and a proven track record of operational growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive team performance, enhance technical solutions, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise, schedule, and mentor residential service technicians. Ride along to mentor newer technicians and build their self-reliance. Ensure accurate diagnostics and high-quality repairs. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations such as EPA standards and local building codes; promote a culture of safety awareness among team members. Track team metrics, safety compliance, and service revenue. Handle complex technical issues and customer compliants. Foster strong relationships with clients by providing expert advice on HVAC system maintenance, upgrades, and energy efficiency solutions. Required Qualifictions Minimum 10 years of upward career progression in the heating system industry. Documented hands-on experience with HVAC systems including boilers, plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical systems repair. Strong knowledge of residential HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systems. Capability to actively work in the field alongside junior staff. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members alike. Valid EPA Universal certification and a clean driving records are required. Proven ability to manage, train, and scale a technical field team. Preferred Qualifications Current NATE certifications are strongly preferred. Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary.
