We're looking for a Hotel Engineer to help us keep our property running smoothly and our guests happy.

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public spaces, and hotel systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems
• Complete daily inspections and ensure the property meets Hilton brand and safety standards
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest maintenance requests
• Maintain work logs and documentation in Hilton's PEP PM system
• Support larger projects and coordinate with outside vendors when needed
• Monitor energy usage and support hotel sustainability efforts
• Be available for on-call emergencies, including weekends and holidays

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in building, hotel, or facilities maintenance
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable using tools, ladders, and handling physical tasks
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout your shift Preferred (Not Required):
• EPA certification for refrigerants

OSHA 10/30

certification

• Experience with Hilton PEP PM or similar systems
