BIM / CAD
Facilities Engineer for a new state of the art semiconductor facility in north Phoenix. This person will be responsible for supporting the design, construction, commissioning, and operation of facility infrastructure throughVDC / BIM / CAD
software. This role serves as the facility owner's representative for CAD deliverables and provides coordination between engineering disciplines, construction teams, equipment suppliers, and facility operations. Responsibilities will evolve throughout the project lifecycle, ranging from design and construction coordination to as-built documentation management, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to each phase. This is a full-time opportunity with our customer, and you can plan to expect a compensation range of $130k to $150k. Exact compensation may vary depending on years of experience and education.
