Requirements Proven experience as a maintenance engineer or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Ability to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions efficiently. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Familiarity with safety and building codes. Relevant technical certification or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or facilities management is preferred.
