The company is open to candidates ranging from entry-level through intermediate experience, provided they have the right combination of plumbing knowledge, technical education, and drafting experience. This is a strong opportunity for someone with experience in plumbing, 3D AutoCAD, and Revit who wants to continue developing their skills while working closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare, modify, and update plumbing plans and construction drawings Develop accurate 3D models and detailed plumbing shop drawings Create drawings from contract documents, design drawings, and project specifications Incorporate dimensions, design details, redlines, and project revisions into drawings Coordinate plumbing layouts with architectural, structural, and other mechanical systems Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, constructability, and potential conflicts Make drawing revisions based on coordination meetings, project requirements, and field conditions Support plumbing fabrication and construction detailing Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, and project teams throughout the design and construction process Requirements Plumbing systems and construction knowledge required 3D AutoCAD experience required Revit experience required Ability to read and interpret construction and design drawings Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with engineering and project teams Entry-level through intermediate candidates will be considered Preferred Qualifications CADmep experience QuickPen experience Piping systems knowledge Plumbing fabrication experience Plumbing construction detailing experience Technical degree, CAD training, or related construction/design education preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on knowledge, skills, and experience Comprehensive benefits package Long-term career growth within a growing plumbing contractor Opportunity to develop from drafting into more advanced plumbing detailing and design responsibilities
