Work for an award-winning luxury hotel group Learn and grow within a diverse multi-outlet property Exceptional benefits package Key Accountabilities Repair, or replace items such as light bulbs, lamps, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets, hardware, filters, caulking, grouting or other miscellaneous items. Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other hotel systems. Conduct preventive maintenance on guest rooms, common areas, and equipment such as refrigerators, ice machines, and exhaust fans General Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in maintenance, engineering, or a related field is preferred. 5+ years of experience in the maintenance engineering role in hotel setting, preferred luxury hotels or commercial building Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and basic building maintenance procedures.
