WHAT YOU'LL DO
Area Chief Engineer Contact and schedule vendors as necessary for building repairs and emergencies Be fully compliant with housekeeping/maintenance brand and corporate procedures Ensure compliance with energy conservation and job safety requirements Perform preventive maintenance on equipment on scheduled basis Assist in maintaining pool and spa area including lifts, filter systems, etc. Maintain and update SDS sheets Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner Requires excellent communication skills Must be able to work flexible schedule Grow with us.
