Job Description

Full job description This is a search for a dynamic hospitality professional who combines strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in guest experience. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities Direct and manage all engineering, maintenance, and technical services for the property.
Oversee preventive maintenance programs, energy conservation initiatives, and safety compliance.
Supervise and develop a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors.
Manage budgets, capital improvement projects, and vendor relationships.
Ensure all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.) operate efficiently and reliably.
Support sustainability and operational efficiency goals in line with brand and ownership standards.
Collaborate closely with senior management to maintain the highest standards of property performance and guest satisfaction.
Rate of pay- $19.50 - $20.50 Key Responsibilities Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
Troubleshoot and repair: Plumbing systems
Electrical systems
HVAC units
Appliances and fixtures Ensure all work is completed with minimal disruption to guests
Maintain accurate documentation/logs of all work performed
Follow all safety procedures and protocols
