Additional Duties:
Installation and Commissioning:
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with standards.Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Completes all required paperwork and updates service records as needed.Performance Monitoring:
Evaluate equipment performance, suggest improvements, and implement enhancements to increase reliability and efficiency.Technical Support:
Provide guidance and training to operations and engineering teams on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.Quality and Compliance:
Ensure equipment meets safety, regulatory, and quality standards, often collaborating with QA/QC teams.Procurement and Vendor Management:
Assist in budgeting, sourcing, and managing vendors to maintain equipment. Perform basic facility maintenance tasks to support a safe and efficient work environment Perform other related duties as required.Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent related work experience.Experience:
5 or more years of experience with machinery, equipment maintenance and technical support. Experience working with semiconductor equipment with a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing operations and cleanroom environment is required. Experience with equipment qualification, installation, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement. Hands-on troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, vacuum, and facilities systems. Experience supporting preventative maintenance and equipment reliability programs. Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams. Ability to work independently and follow safety and quality procedures is required.Travel Requirement:
