This role is responsible for supporting facility expansions, equipment purchases, retrofit projects, tooling and fixture improvements, facility layouts, machinery documentation, and compliance-related initiatives. The Facilities Engineer will work closely with Maintenance, Manufacturing, Safety, EH&S, and leadership teams to improve facility performance, support lean manufacturing, and ensure equipment and facility systems meet operational and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering foundation, experience with manufacturing or facilities environments, proficiency with CAD software, and the ability to manage projects, communicate effectively, and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced industrial setting. This position offers growth opportunities across multiple levels, from entry-level engineering support to senior and principal-level responsibility for complex projects, strategic facility planning, cross-site support, and mentoring of junior engineers.
