Complete maintenance request work orders from Director of Engineering in a timely manner. Participate in the preventive maintenance program for all building equipment. Complete other special task assigned periodically by the Director of Engineering The primary function of the Maintenance Engineer II position will consist of maintaining all HVAC equipment on campus and confirming all preventive maintenance is scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Daily monitoring of the energy plant along with ensuring all equipment is operable through the energy management systems (EMS) program
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
